To comply with the latest government regulations, we have updated the terms and conditions for the 2026 Taipei Summer Travel Fair vouchers.
Voucher Terms Update
The revisions are as follows:
1. If a voucher is damaged or deformed but its essential information (including the main voucher and stub) remains identifiable, it may still be redeemed or exchanged. A replacement fee of NT$50 will apply.

3. After the performance guarantee period expires, voucher holders may still exercise their legal rights with the original voucher issuer in accordance with applicable laws.
4. Regardless of the purchase date, the performance guarantee period for all eligible vouchers has been extended to July 20, 2027.
Voucher Usage & Exchange Information
1. The promotional validity of the 2026 Summer Travel Fair accommodation and private bath vouchers remains unchanged and is valid until July 16, 2027.
2. After the promotional period expires, the voucher may still be redeemed at its face value toward eligible on-site purchases.
3. Existing vouchers remain fully valid. Your rights will be governed by the updated terms announced on this page, even if the printed wording on your voucher has not yet been revised.
4. If you wish to exchange your voucher for the revised version, please return the original voucher to our hotel. Replacement will be processed upon receipt of the original voucher to prevent duplicate use.
